The company has historically performed design build general and electrical construction projects throughout Southern, Central California, Arizona and Colorado. Our client list has included,

The company has historically performed design build general and electrical construction projects throughout Southern, Central California, Arizona and Colorado. Our client list has included, the Public Works and/or Public Utility Departments of the City of Anaheim, City of Riverside, and the City of Irvine. We have also performed projects with British Petroleum Solar Division, Chevron Texaco, United Solar and other Fortune 500 companies.

Pinnacle Electric & Communications operated for 16 years performing Multi-family Residential and Commercial work. Upon the acquisition by High Plains Energy, Inc. the name was changed to Pinnacle Electric & Construction Corp. (PEC).
